It’s been the most incredible experience of my life. Anna has teased me that she had to wait so long for me to show up and why couldn’t I get there two years sooner to save her heartache. To which I reply, “Babe, I had to go through a few decades of grief to wait for you!” Of course we say all of this in loving jest. The truth is, we feel blessed to have found each other and to be able to enjoy our lives together.
I love my wife, Anna, and she loves me. She is caring, attending, gracious, and affectionate. I love the way she is toward others. She’s a wonderful host and cares for all of the men and women we work with.
This weekend is going to be a fantastic celebration for us as we head out of town for a few days – just the two of us.
Some things in life are worth celebrating and this is certainly one of those.
